Return and Exchanges

You can change or return our products within 15 days from the date you received your order. Please email us at sales@welovetoj.com and let us know the reason why you want to change or return the product. We´ll get back to you with further instructions.

If we made a mistake and send you the wrong product, or if the product you received has a significant defect, it is our responsibility and we will exchange the product at no additional cost. If you want to return or change the product for any other reason, you will be charged the additional shipping cost.

We only accept returns of products in new condition. Products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. TOJ reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is not returned in good condition.

Please remember that irregularities are characteristic of our unique handcrafted products and are not to be considered defective.

Only products purchased from www.welovetoj.com can be returned to us. TOJ products bought anywhere else have to be returned to the store where you bought them, respecting its own policy for returns and exchanges.

NOTE: Products bought on this site are shipped from Guatemala, so if you need to make a return you need to ship back to Guatemala.
